Programme Overview

The Chongqing Accelerator Programme is initiated by Louken Group (Singapore) in partnership with CCI (China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity). Together, we bring international expertise and local support to help enterprises grow beyond China.

The programme provides brand consulting, market entry strategies, and overseas business connections to help enterprises expand to Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Eligibility & Application

Enterprises registered in Chongqing that are planning to expand overseas.

Companies with strong products or services, clear growth ambitions, and readiness to explore new markets.

Both SMEs and larger enterprises from any industry can apply, though priority may be given to businesses with strong overseas potential.

1. Subscribe as a member onto the Accelerator Programme, and to participate in the masterclasses, insights and reports.

Basic company profile, business licence, product/service introduction, current challenges, and overseas aspirations.

Yes, each intake has a fixed application period. Please refer to the announcements for details.

Programme Details

Typically 6–12 months, depending on each enterprise’s needs and track.

Workshops on branding, business models, and regulatory compliance, along with 1-to-1 mentorship from industry experts.

Yes. One of the key objectives is to connect Chongqing enterprises with networks in Singapore, and potentially Southeast Asia.

The primary focus is Singapore and Southeast Asia, with pathways to other global markets depending on readiness.

Cost &
Funding

To unlock complimentary masterclasses and consultation services, enterprises have to sign up for 1-day workshop. The workshop costs 500RMB per person.

Others

Primarily Mandarin, with English support for overseas market activities.

A mix of online masterclasses, a 2 day workshop will be conducted in Chongqing, and selected overseas visits (e.g., Singapore).
